Argon crystals are found in the Void and they expire 24 hours after finding them. Hmm, you probably COULD sacrifice Vitality for Constitution, though with the new Blessing you're getting a lot more effective health with a higher HP value. It's probably not totally necessary. In fact, a shorter Blessing might be better because you can't recast it while it's active, and if someone's health starts to dip when you still have 15 seconds or whatever on Blessing, then you might be in trouble.

omfg blessing is fast
yeah thinking about dropping the vitality for something else natural talent is probably not necessary narrowminded + continuity + fleeting + helm is going to be +94% which will be like 19 secs which aint too bad. having to damage myself is the annoying part. e vamp is going to be useful for quick thinking so that's cool.
narrow does drop the range of evamp, :( evamp going to restore 100 total, honestly that's probably enough so i won't need intensify or blind rage

How are the new weapons? My money is on them being weaker than some of the previous weapons.

oh and quick thinking is Defensive polarity so yeah i'm just sticking with the stock 2 defensive polarities for narrow and qt
can't try out the angstrum b/c i don't have argon crystals, maybe i should get it for damaging myself??? i already have castanas tho so it's not a priority. need to forma slots ugh.
i did apollodorus until 20 mins, and only got to rank 6 trin? :(

I dunno if you can damage yourself with the new secondary. It didn't look like it from the trailer but one can never be so sure.
Not sure about their strength relative to other weapons either. I'd give ti a few days when people start forma-ing them.
Yeah Apollo really only starts giving big exp around 30 mins or so, when heavies spawnmuch more frequently. Kappa is still a good place to level if you would rather take the tedium of mobile defense over the tedium of waiting for 30 minutes of T1 survival.

How so?

The change was probably intended to nerf Nova's performance on the Solar Map by making it so she couldn't tag everything and blow it up instantly, without touching M. Prime's utility against Lv. 50+ enemies. The real damage dealer in high levels is AMD + M. Prime anyway. As usual they're vague about how exactly the new gradual spreading effect works, though it sounds like an idea I had a while back for Miasma that would spread a big cloud over an area that would deal more damage and have higher proc chance per tick.
Looks like toggle abilities broke a lot of them, or putting timers on more stuff did. You can cancel the casting animation into the same move over and over, turning Nekros into a Desecrate DJ. Banshee also can't recast Sonar while it's active when she is host, which sucks because 1. More enemies will arrive by the time the first group is dead, and 2. Recasting it allowed you to re-roll the weak points so you weren't stuck with a Grineer foot.

For abilities that tag enemies, there should be a counter to see how many enemies are influenced when the ability is active.

Still no cold weapon... c'mon DE, I can probably think of two or more weapons that would fit the cold element. One would be a liquid nitrogen Volley Gun with a high chance of freezing the target, call it Pluton (since Pluto is known for extremely cold temperatures). Another would be a cryo whip that ensnares the enemy as a charge attack, call that one Cocytus.

There's actually concept art for a Corpus freeze ray that they showed a long time ago. Maybe in U14?
I was thinking of a sound-based bow that could fire "bolts" of sonic energy... the only problem is that cold isn't a very good element to have innately on a weapon unless it has a super high proc chance. Electric is the best element to have as a base becuase you can mod for Radiation, Magnetic, and Corrosive with just one mod. So hopefully the freeze ray shoots out a beam or something that has a high chance to proc Cold.

A free exp booster will never happen, unless it was for like a set number of missions instead of time allotted instances. But hey... it's DE

lol
They brought back red crits, which means that if you have over 100% crit chance you have whatever % of the spillover chance to roll for another crit. So Dread has a 100% to crit and a 25% chance for red crit.
This did nothing but buff four top tier weapons: Paris Prime, Dread, Synapse, Amprex.
Great game.

oh. man now i need to synapse i guess is it better than phage solidly now? Yeah, Phage will probably do more against a crowd but Synapse beats it by a pretty large margin for single targets. Plus Synapse doesn't have to focus the beams. My Synapse has 6 forma and it does some pretty hefty damage per tick. My theory is that they made this change because they're not done with Damage 2.0 and are going to tweak how crits work, or something. I'm not sure really. Nobody is sure. Even DE isn't sure. They never are. What's funny is that they didn't do anything about the headshot crit bug, which sometimes gives you a x8 multiplier if you are hosting a match.
